1. About the Site

The Site is an informational website presenting Rattan-Java's handwoven rattan furniture and homeware collections, and provides a means for visitors to submit catalog and wholesale inquiries through a contact form. The Site does not currently offer online ordering, checkout, or payment processing. Any purchase, wholesale arrangement, pricing, or shipping terms are negotiated separately and directly between you and PT Rattan Java Indonesia outside of the Site, and are not governed by these Terms.

By using the Site, you agree that you will:

We aim to describe our products, materials, and craftsmanship accurately, but product appearance (including color, finish, and scale) may vary from photographs due to the handmade, natural-material nature of rattan goods and differences in screen display. Product descriptions, availability, and any pricing referenced on the Site or in response to an inquiry are provided for general information only, do not constitute a binding offer for sale, and are subject to confirmation, change, or correction by us at any time prior to a separately agreed order.

Submitting a catalog or wholesale inquiry through the Site does not create a contract, reservation, or obligation on either party. Any resulting order, quotation, or wholesale agreement will be governed by separate terms agreed between you and us at that time.
